We do further analysis and refine the abstract ideas into a concrete service. We work with your team to develop early prototypes (drawings, flowcharts) to communicate the service concept to prospective clients and obtain feedback. This is an iterative process that helps refine the concept and generate a value proposition,
Implementation
We help create implementation plans to complete the service concept; developing personnel procedures and training; design and select supporting goods and materials; and refine the overall sequence of steps in the service-delivery process.
We continue support to iteratively develop and refine the overall service-delivery process model and specific elements of the service. We then help select opportunities for conducting prototype tests with actual clients.
Market Roll-out
We help role out the service to clients, helping with marketing plans and sales processes.
Performance Evaluation
